Refund Policy

The following refund terms apply to all courses and services offered by ACT SAT GO:

1. Before Commencement of Services
   If a refund request is received after payment of fees but before the commencement of services, 10% of the total course fee will be deducted as administrative charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
2. Within 3 Weeks of Course Commencement
   If a refund request is received within three (3) weeks from the date of course commencement, 30% of the total course fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
3. After 3 Weeks but Before 6 Weeks
   If a refund request is received after three (3) weeks but before six (6) weeks from the date of course commencement, 60% of the total course fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
4. After 6 Weeks of Course Commencement
   No refunds shall be admissible for requests received after six (6) weeks from the date of course commencement.
5. Non-Transferability of Fees
   Fees paid are strictly non-transferable. Under no circumstances can the fee be transferred to another student or adjusted toward another course.

Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of receipt of the formal refund application.
